Masks are OPTIONAL when in our office. We will continue to supply masks for staff and visitors who wish to wear one.
While we no longer require masks for our patients, staff, and visitors, we ask you to be kind to those who choose to wear a mask.
Telemedicine
Upstate Orthopedics understands that amid concerns regarding COVID-19, it may be difficult to see a provider for a traditional in-office visit.
Telemedicine allows you to speak with one of our providers, live and face-to-face, from the privacy and safety of your own home. Utilizing the upstate.doxy.me telemedicine app, Upstate Orthopedics providers can now speak with patients via smartphone or through a home computer with a camera. Patients and medical providers are encouraged to call the OrthoConnect call center to schedule an orthopedic Telemedicine or face-to-face visit based on the urgent orthopedic issue/injury or routine orthopedic issues. If you are feeling ill, have a fever, cough, sore throat, are experiencing shortness of breath or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID 19, please stay home and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
