Upstate Orthopedics is the official title sponsor of the 2022 Mountain Goat Run. The Mountain Goat is a 10-mile run throughout the city of Syracuse. They are a volunteer-run, non-profit organization to help support the community. This will be the 44th annual run and it is open to all ages.
